If you caught my post at the tail end of last year documenting how we make this newsletter, you might recall I was reading the book Ultra Processed People. Next week I’ll publish my full book report, but today I am going to share some of the annotations from my copy of the book. This idea came about from a few conversations with friends who had seen my defaced copy and said that they'd like to read my annotations.
